Inspiration: He is Debendra Shrestha of Urlabari, Morang. He wakes up everyday around 5 AM and regularly cleans Bargachhi area of Urlabari & he is doing this since 12 years. He says, "I have to clean the area where I live, even if the municipality does it, they come late in the morning and they don't do it as well as we do, so I have been doing it myself for about 12 years."
